It kills me how some guys in the gym will workout their chest, shoulders,
arms, biceps, triceps, deltoids, back and COMPLETELY neglect their legs. Unless
you have a medical issue, better hit them squats and leg presses boy!!!!!! For
one, you look stupid. Secondly, you’re gonna look all big up top (hefty, hefty,
hefty) and all scrawny in your legs (wimpy, wimpy, wimpy)
Here are the facts:
- Legs are a muscle group that needs to be trained
- Research shows that upper body strength can increase due to intense squat training
- Builds lower back
- Heavy squats promote the release of testosterone and growth hormones
- Better balance and coordination
(Deadlift)
(Squat)
(Leg Press)
So let's be smart about this guys, work out them legs!!
